It’s Ethan’s turn to tell his side of the story. He’s returned to his Ana to rebuild his marriage and try to resume a normal life with her. He’s well aware that living with a woman whose survival depends on regular donations of fresh human blood isn’t going to be easy; he just wasn’t prepared for how UN-easy it would be.
As their situation escalates and threatens to spiral out of control, it soon becomes apparent that Ethan needs to make a decision: Ana or sunshine? Ana or cold meatloaf and mashed potatoes? Ana or some other nebulous woman who might be less of a mythical creature and less of a threat to his hope for a normal life?
